Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional sales support to internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including preparing marketing collateral, coordinating events, and managing databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including research, data analysis, and content creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients to ensure exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of marketing or administrative experience in a professional environment.
- Proficient in intermediate functions, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign.
- Strong organizational, time management, proofreading, and multi-tasking skills.
- Customer service attitude with the ability to deal with an array of personalities.
Bonus Skills and Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or graphic design.
- Commercial real estate experience.
What Success Looks Like
- You have strong planning and organizational skills and are highly effective at prioritizing tasks to see them through to completion.
- You are confident in your ability to create/prepare content for proposals through conducting research, preparing surveys, comparative analysis, etc.
- You will administer, coordinate, update, and edit marketing collateral to support internal/external clients.
- You have experience with project management and execution of marketing collateral, you bring a knowledge of marketing and innovative solutions to your clients.
- You bring experience in creating/formatting proposals, presentations, correspondence, RFP's using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- You will provide general office support through file management, organizing distribution or marketing efforts, general office maintenance, etc.
