Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional sales support to internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including preparing marketing collateral, coordinating events, and managing databases.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including research, data analysis, and content creation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients to ensure exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of marketing or administrative experience in a professional environment.
  • Proficient in intermediate functions, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign.
  • Strong organizational, time management, proofreading, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Customer service attitude with the ability to deal with an array of personalities.

Bonus Skills and Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or graphic design.
  • Commercial real estate experience.

What Success Looks Like

  • You have strong planning and organizational skills and are highly effective at prioritizing tasks to see them through to completion.
  • You are confident in your ability to create/prepare content for proposals through conducting research, preparing surveys, comparative analysis, etc.
  • You will administer, coordinate, update, and edit marketing collateral to support internal/external clients.
  • You have experience with project management and execution of marketing collateral, you bring a knowledge of marketing and innovative solutions to your clients.
  • You bring experience in creating/formatting proposals, presentations, correspondence, RFP's using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • You will provide general office support through file management, organizing distribution or marketing efforts, general office maintenance, etc.
