Client Service Associate

Celebrating over 60 years of excellence in the Financial Services industry, Raymond James is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our growing team.
This critical role provides high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisors, their clients, and branch staff members.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service through daily interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Work collaboratively with Financial Advisors and branch staff to ensure seamless support and service delivery.
- Process client financial transactions and financial advisor expenses with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Open new client accounts and research client information using internal databases and technology.
- Ensure accurate and complete client paperwork and documentation prior to submission and processing.
- Prepare letters, forms, and reports to support client service and prospecting efforts.
- Develop and maintain client records and files using CRM software.
- Assist Financial Advisors with marketing efforts, including seminars and client-facing events.
- Enter orders at the direction of Financial Advisors.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on firm and industry policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and one or more years of securities industry or related work experience preferred.
- OR equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources.
