Position Summary
We are in search of a Community Engagement Manager to spearhead the implementation of ISMG's membership engagement initiatives. This pivotal role within our engagement and distribution team demands a customer-centric approach combined with a research-oriented mindset to formulate models that enhance our understanding of the ISMG community.
The primary objective is to connect with executive members to drive impact and evaluate the success of both online and offline engagement strategies. By analyzing the behaviors, needs, and networks of ISMG's digital community, the Community Engagement Manager will play a crucial role in strengthening and expanding the community, ultimately aiming for sustainability and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and implement content for ISMG Talks.
- Serve as a liaison between ISMG members and event and editorial teams.
- Facilitate and manage exclusive working groups for members.
- Identify collaborative opportunities that encourage ongoing engagement within the ISMG app.
- Conduct annual assessments with members to ensure tailored value delivery.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative research methods, including survey design.
- Synthesize extensive research and data into clear presentations.
- Develop marketing strategies informed by analysis for key initiatives.
- Formulate and execute membership strategies, programs, and activities.
- Moderate daily interactions within the ISMG app to foster consistent engagement.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in membership or community management.
- Experience collaborating with CISOs or other C-Level executives.
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity sector and technology (B2B experience preferred).
- Previous experience in Events or Journalism is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Project Management tools, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in website and graphic design is preferred.
- A self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
