About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive, Corporate to join our team at eMarketer. As a key member of our corporate new business sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and winning new clients to position and sell our syndicated, subscription-based research offering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Successfully achieve your quarterly and annual bookings quota by researching potential accounts and ideal buyers in your territory and actively engaging them with multi-channel prospecting activity.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Leverage our sales process and consultative selling methodology to continually qualify opportunities, progress them through your pipeline, and ultimately win them.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Anticipate and address customer objections, seeking to resolve concerns and drive win/win outcomes with mid to senior-level executives.
  • Track and Analyze Performance: Consistently keep contact and opportunity records up to date in Salesforce to deliver predictable forecasting to the sales leadership team.
  • Forecast and Plan: Accurately forecast and develop the necessary pipeline to meet/exceed quota.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of successful quota achievement in a new business sales position.
  • Industry Experience: Experience selling subscription-based research or SaaS solutions is highly desirable given the nature of our products and services.
  • B2B Sales Experience: B2B full-cycle sales experience, selling to business leaders in the marketing, advertising, financial services, CPG, and technology landscapes is highly desirable.
