We are seeking a Part-Time Townhome Community Manager to join our team at Property Management Company.

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have two years of experience in property management and a high school diploma. They should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

  • Presents the property and sample apartments to prospective residents, assists with required paperwork, and mails notifications to accepted and declined applicants.
  • Coordinates move-ins and move-outs with residents, maintenance staff, and utility companies.
  • Investigates and resolves tenant complaints.
  • Ensures timely processing of work orders and repair requests.
  • Supervises and trains property staff.
  • Enforces property rules and regulations.
  • Initiates lease termination proceedings against non-compliant residents.
  • Receives rent, security deposits, and miscellaneous income from residents.
