Job Responsibilities
  • Foster a sense of community among tenants by creating and executing branded events that promote owner and tenant value systems, foster connection, and provide health and wellness initiatives.
  • Work closely with the engagement team to develop tailored tour experiences for perspective tenants, leveraging building comps, competitor programming, and amenities research.
  • Manage engagement expenses, vendor invoicing, expense reporting, and client invoicing effectively.
  • Implement and modify programming based on captured data to demonstrate tenant engagement's quantified impact by analyzing marketing strategies, building app data, and completing required reporting.

A competitive salary of $70,000 USD per year is offered for this position.
