Role Overview
As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will be pivotal in sustaining financial health and promoting growth within the organization.

Reporting to the Treasury lead, your daily tasks will encompass managing cash flow, enhancing liquidity, and ensuring meticulous tracking and strategic allocation of financial resources.

Your role will involve utilizing technology and innovative approaches to streamline the global Treasury function, collaborating with teams across various regions.

Collaboration and Responsibilities
This position requires close cooperation with multiple departments, including Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, and Legal, to provide exceptional support to all stakeholders.

Your analytical skills will be essential in navigating complex financial decisions, while your inquisitive nature will foster innovation in our financial methodologies. Your independence will empower you to spearhead projects, and your keen attention to detail will help maintain a transparent financial environment.

Key Duties

  • Oversee daily cash management and funding operations, including intercompany settlements and external payments.
  • Engage with global banking partners to manage bank account activities and assess additional products and services.
  • Support Corporate Card administration, liaising with employees and banking institutions.
  • Assist in establishing an efficient global cash and banking framework to optimize cash flow.
  • Document investment details, including money markets, repos, time deposits, and derivatives.
  • Develop and formalize processes, procedures, and controls to enhance Treasury Operations.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and generate reports on cash, risk metrics, and debt utilization.
  • Facilitate system and bank portal requests, ensuring user access and reporting accuracy.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for banking requests for proposals and insurance renewals.
  • Support ongoing improvements and optimization of the Treasury systems landscape.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrable experience in corporate Treasury, particularly in cash management and forecasting.
  • Expertise in cash positioning and funding within an international multi-currency Treasury environment.
  • Strong writing skills for creating clear and efficient standard operating procedures.
  • Proficiency with Treasury systems.
  • A track record of accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Experience in managing ad-hoc finance and Treasury projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with team members at all organizational levels.
  • A commitment to enhancing the Treasury team's performance and visibility.
  • Relevant accounting certification or Treasury qualification.
