Position Overview
As a Senior Customs Compliance Analyst at Oracle, you will serve as a vital resource for both internal and external stakeholders regarding international trade regulations, specifications, and legislation that influence our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve intricate customs compliance challenges, providing actionable recommendations to management and internal partners.
- Address compliance inquiries from designated import/export agents and customs brokers across various regions.
- Implement the US C-TPAT Trade Compliance program effectively.
- Act as a super-user for Global Trade Management systems, including system testing responsibilities.
- Assign global HS templates within the Global Trade Management system for Oracle products.
- Conduct audits on customs declarations and pricing for Oracle imports.
- Collaborate with customs brokers to manage compliance remediation.
- Evaluate assists related to Oracle's imported products.
- Support risk assessments stemming from changes in supply chain distribution, manufacturing models, importer structures, and acquisitions.
- Seek continuous improvements in processes and automation opportunities.
- Provide data analysis support for the US Duty Drawback program.
- Generate reports using the ACE Secure Data Portal.
- Document compliance procedures and pursue efficiency enhancements.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in implementing the US C-TPAT Trade Compliance program.
- Strong skills in interpreting customs regulations to assess their applicability and impact on Oracle, ensuring necessary compliance controls are in place.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex customs compliance issues, providing practical solutions and corrective actions to management and internal partners across various regions.
- Extensive experience with United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, and European Union Hi-Tech/Information Technology Harmonized Tariff Classification codes, including local ruling reviews and Partner Government Agency requirements for hi-tech products.
- Experience in customs declaration auditing and customs broker remediation.
- Familiarity with evaluating assists for imported products.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a multinational environment with a global remote cross-functional team.
- Proficient in data analysis for the US Duty Drawback program.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Associate Degree and/or 3-5+ years of experience in customs compliance.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle ERP and Oracle Global Trade Management.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% within the US as needed.
