Position Overview
The selected candidate will possess a strong background in Facility Condition Assessments (FCA) and Property Condition Assessments (PCA), with expertise in capital budgeting, forecasting, and project oversight.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute FCA and PCA projects for diverse clientele, including governmental bodies and corporate entities.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of existing facilities, providing essential insights for property owners, facility managers, and investors regarding the physical state of assets and associated costs.
- Manage teams of assessors, offering guidance, support, and oversight while addressing any challenges that arise.
- Collaborate with client representatives on-site, coordinating schedules and responsibilities effectively.
- Engage in client relations, representing the company during pre-bid discussions, shortlist meetings, and project initiation.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, ensuring clear communication of objectives and deliverables.
- Perform detailed walkthrough inspections to evaluate the condition of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems.
- Interview key stakeholders, including facility managers and local officials, to gather pertinent information regarding property conditions.
- Document findings through detailed photography and reporting, highlighting any deficiencies and providing cost estimates for remediation.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial building evaluations or design, with a solid understanding of various building systems, including site work, structural integrity, and MEP systems.
- Proven experience in writing Facility Condition Assessment Reports.
- Familiarity with facility capital planning processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $110,000 annually, depending on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
