Oracle Lead Technical Program Manager for AI Initiatives

As a pivotal member of our OCI AI Services division, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and orchestrating intricate technical projects centered around large language models, ensuring alignment with Oracle's strategic objectives and client requirements.
  • Collaborating closely with software developers, data analysts, and various stakeholders to outline project scopes, objectives, and expected outcomes.
  • Creating comprehensive project plans, schedules, and financial estimates, while monitoring project progress to guarantee timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Identifying potential project risks and implementing strategies to address challenges that could affect timelines or results.
  • Establishing effective communication pathways within the team and with external partners, ensuring a clear understanding of project status, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Continuously evaluating and enhancing project methodologies and processes to boost team productivity and product excellence.
  • Providing mentorship and support to team members, promoting professional development and fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Keeping informed about the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies, utilizing this knowledge to guide project strategies and decision-making.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in technical program management, ideally within AI, machine learning, or a related sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex technical projects, particularly those involving AI technologies or cloud solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication capabilities.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or comparable cloud services is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with large language models, natural language processing, and AI applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
