Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders across various departments to ensure precision in regular and ad-hoc equity reporting, along with high-level summary analyses.
- Develop and refine processes aimed at improving efficiency in the administration and reporting of global stock plan transactions, while interpreting tax regulations for employees transitioning between domestic and international locations.
- Identify and mitigate financial and business risks, ensuring the accuracy of equity grants, RSU releases, and ESPP enrollments based on comprehensive knowledge of securities and tax regulations.
- Communicate complex equity plan provisions clearly and resolve intricate employee issues effectively.
- Provide Payroll with guidance on tax calculations and deductions related to equity items.
- Lead audit processes in collaboration with the Finance team for quarterly reviews and year-end audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, complemented by a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or stock administration.
- In-depth knowledge of company policies and procedures related to global equity.
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to influence organizational change.
- Expertise in assessing risks and analyzing situations to determine appropriate actions.
- Ability to manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and related data management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship management.
Compensation:
Edwards Lifesciences offers competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package tailored to meet the diverse needs of our employees and their families. The base pay range for this position is between $88,000 and $124,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
