We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at 3GC Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Account Management: Take ownership of existing accounts and develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs to drive growth and retention.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic planning and execution.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-lasting relationships with clients, internal departments, and industry contacts to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive in the IT MSP industry, with a focus on mid-sized companies ($50mm-$500mm in revenue).
- Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of business operations and how it ties into sales, as well as IT service management and data consulting best practices.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand client needs and drive business growth.
- Work Environment: Willingness to work in a remote environment and travel to client sites or industry events as required.
