Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by building and managing a high-performing sales team.
- Team Leadership: Lead, direct, and train sales consultants to ensure a professional and customer-friendly environment at all times.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the store and showroom are operational and in compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Customer Experience: Collaborate with corporate departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to sales consultants to ensure they meet sales goals and company expectations.
- Inventory Management: Review and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Training and Development: Participate in company training programs and ensure sales consultants receive regular training and development opportunities.
- Recruitment: Participate in the recruitment and interviewing process for new sales consultants.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 5-7 years' experience in a retail sales or customer service environment.
- Skills: Proven sales success, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
