About the Role:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires an individual with excellent networking and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the financial industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.
  • Negotiate and close deals with existing and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life term, and short-term disability coverages, a flexible PTO policy, and a matching 401(k) plan.
