Job Title: Receptionist
Job Summary:
Equiliem is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and direct visitors, clients, and phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, typing, and filing
- Provide support to the office team, including preparing documents, making copies, and sending faxes
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the reception area and surrounding offices
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of general office experience, including contact with the public
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Knowledge of office procedures and protocols
