Job Description

Job Summary:

Full Spectrum Search Group, a leading healthcare recruiting agency, is seeking an experienced Home Health Nurse Clinical Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a home health setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement effective patient care plans
  • Manage a team of RNs, LVNs, and LPNs to ensure seamless patient care delivery
  • Maintain compliance with relevant standards, policies, and procedures
  • Coordinate patient care services, including inpatient and outpatient services

Requirements:

  • Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • 2+ years of experience in long-term care, hospice, home health, palliative care, or hospital environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and clinical skills
  • Ability to coordinate emergency situations and delegate calmly and appropriately
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities
  • Ability to manage and supervise staff
