Job Description

This Administrative Sales Assistant role at PrideStaff offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your administrative and sales skills in Simi Valley, CA.

Salary Range: 38-43 per hour.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and communication.
  • Assist the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies, driving business growth.
  • Process orders accurately and manage client accounts with attention to detail.
  • Contribute to trade show participation and sales tool development, ensuring alignment with company standards.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and enthusiasm for building long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales systems, with experience in sales or client support preferred.
