Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative Assistant - Sales Support to join our team at TriCom Quest. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales processes, and performing administrative tasks.

About the Role:

  • Manage customer relationships, develop sales strategies, and implement sales plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Provide product information to customers, assist in determining appropriate merchandise, and handle purchase orders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales or administrative experience
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Benefits:

  • Temp to Hire or Direct Hire opportunity
  • Salary Range: $46K/yr - Non-Exempt
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30am ~ 5:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
