TriCom Quest is committed to quality service, and we're looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fountain Valley, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with product/service information to assist them in determining appropriate merchandise to purchase.
  • Make quotations on standard items, write orders, and relay pertinent order information to customers.
  • Handle purchase orders and provide service to customers.
  • Coordinate with other departments for shipping and inventories, shipping and delivery date management, and handle incoming calls and greet visitors.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of clerical experience, excellent communication skills, and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required, and English and Spanish bilingual is a plus.

This is a Temp to Hire or Direct Hire opportunity with a salary range of $46K/yr - Non-Exempt. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:30am ~ 5:00pm (1 hour lunch break).
