Senior Oncology Sales Director

A visionary leader is sought to spearhead the launch of Arvinas's inaugural commercial product in oncology. As Vice President, Sales Oncology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's sales strategy and executing plans for its lead asset, vepdegestrant, in ER+, HER2- metastatic breast cancer.
This leadership position requires someone with extensive experience in launching key products/brands in the oncology field. A proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, as well as attracting and retaining top-tier talent, is essential. The ideal candidate will have an inspirational leadership style, strong executive presence, and a deep understanding of U.S. payer and market access dynamics.
