Job Description
The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for leading the growth of Sunrun's solar channel in their assigned region. This includes developing and executing strategies to increase sales, improving customer satisfaction, and expanding our market share. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management and a deep understanding of the solar industry.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales managers to ensure they meet their targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management, with at least 5 years in a director-level role
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the residential solar industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
