Sales Director Lead

The Rockridge Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director Lead to join our team in New Haven, CT. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to lead our local sales team and drive revenue growth.
About the Role:
We are looking for someone with 7+ years of sales management experience, who can inspire and motivate their team to achieve targeted sales revenue goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting a comprehensive vision and market assets strategy to deliver sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set a comprehensive vision coupled with a market assets and revenue sales strategy to deliver sustainable business/revenue growth.
- Provide leadership and direct the efforts of all sales personnel within the market(s) in a way that creates a winning team environment.
- Be the face of the marketing and selling to customers and own responsibility for client satisfaction.
- Ensure all business policies and practices are followed to the highest standard.
Requirements:
- 7+ years proven industry experience with experience, knowledge, and understanding of the mobile/digital advertising ecosystem a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written skills; along with presentation and influencing skills.
- Exceptionally detail oriented and able to develop and prioritize assignments and deadlines.
- Ability to effectively work at a fast pace and under pressure.
Compensation:
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $165-175k per year, depending on experience.
