Job Summary

We are seeking a highly dedicated professional to perform Account Management, Sales, and Customer Service as our Business Development Associate. This role involves working directly with customers through face-to-face communication to produce sales and create individual product and service packages that suit their unique needs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a winning attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with other Business Development Associates. With an estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000, this opportunity offers internal growth and development that is unparalleled anywhere else.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with all customer accounts assigned to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Utilize objection-handling skills to upsell and/or cross-sell products and services
  • Become an expert in client's products and services to stay ahead of the competition
  • Engage in regular meetings with Business Development Associates to achieve timely delivery of goals and objectives
  • Report weekly and monthly sales data to the Senior Business Development Manager
