Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance CRM Administrative Assistant to support our team with data entry and gathering customer information and filing. They will also assist producers when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and review insurance documentation to ensure all documents are complete.
  • Take payments from customers and process them.
  • Manage the CRM system with client information.
  • Process insurance documentation and ensure completeness.
  • Assist with customer service needs for producers.
  • Prepare insurance proposals and other forms for customers.
  • Assist with policy changes and account maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty License within the first 9-12 months of employment.
  • Comfortable with computer programs and CRM systems.
  • Skills in AMS360 management software knowledge are a plus.
