Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Producer to drive sales and provide exceptional service to new and existing clients across various insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, quoting, and maintaining client relationships while meeting set sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and develop insurance prospects to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients to educate them on coverage options and assist with policy applications.
  • Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with clients to ensure coverage adequacy and assist with policy changes and renewal processes.
  • Sales Meetings and Training: Participate in sales meetings and ongoing training to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: College education or equivalent insurance experience.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Active Property, Casualty, Life, and Health License.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proficiency in insurance products and industry operations.
  • Sales and Business Development: Ability to generate new business and retain existing clients.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with computer programs and CRM systems.
  • Travel Requirements: Valid driver's license for occasional travel.
