Job Overview:

IRP & Drug Testing Services

We are an expanding organization in need of a dedicated administrative/healthcare assistant capable of managing a diverse range of responsibilities with efficiency. The successful candidate should have fundamental office, computer, and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in customer service and sales is a plus. A Medical Assistant Certificate is mandatory for this full-time role.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Administering Hepatitis A & B Twinrix Vaccination
  • Providing Influenza Vaccination
  • Delivering MMR Vaccination #1 & #2
  • Conducting TB/PPD Skin Test - single step only
  • Administering Tdap (Tetanus Diphtheria AcelPert) Vaccination
  • Providing Varicella Vaccination #1 & #2
  • Collecting urine, hair, and saliva samples for drug testing
  • Conducting breath alcohol tests
  • Performing DOT and non-DOT testing
  • Executing on-site testing for suspicions, accidents, or random collections
  • Inputting data into the computer database

Required Skills:

  • Experience with vehicle registration/trucking documentation is advantageous
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience in sales and customer service is beneficial
  • *Reliable transportation is essential*

The candidate must be capable of working independently and demonstrating reliability. Consistent attendance is critical, as frequent absenteeism is not acceptable for this position.
