Job Title: Community Association Manager

At Affinity Management Services LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Association Manager to join our team. As a Community Association Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering thriving and well-managed communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with association boards, unit owners, and vendors.
  • Manage the association's finances, including budget preparation, financial statement analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee the association's operations, including maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing meeting materials, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Respond to and resolve unit owner complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure high-quality services and timely completion of projects.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in community association management, condominium management, or a related field.
  • Active CAM license or equivalent certification.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
