Work Environment

This position is primarily indoors, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods. The noise level is generally low to moderate.

Physical Requirements

Employees must be able to perform various physical tasks, including sitting, standing, reaching, lifting, bending, kneeling, and pushing or pulling items weighing up to 30 pounds. Manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow instructions are essential.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; some college coursework is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer software for various tasks, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A minimum of six months of relevant experience or training is required.
  • Bi-lingual capabilities in English and Spanish may be necessary at certain locations.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality sector is highly desirable.

The Front Desk Associate reports directly to the department supervisor and/or the Association Manager. This job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change as needed.
