Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of officers and guest service agents to ensure the smooth operation of daily safety and guest services department operations.
  • Prepare and manage shift schedules to ensure adequate personnel coverage.
  • Ensure compliance with company and department policies and procedures.
  • Conduct daily briefings and training sessions with personnel to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints and incidents in a fair and professional manner.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks on security equipment and conduct post-shift checks to ensure everything is in order.
  • Maintain accurate payroll logs and inventory public safety equipment.
  • Assist with first response calls, investigations, and complaints.
  • Report major incidents to management immediately.
  • Review and correct daily documents prior to filing.
  • Handle internal conflicts professionally and fairly.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in the security/safety field.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (English language).
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work a flexible schedule.
  • Valid Driver License.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in an indoor/outdoor environment.
