Position Summary:


In the role of Senior Sales Recruiter, you will be tasked with identifying, evaluating, and securing top-tier talent for CoStar, while also establishing a robust talent pipeline for future recruitment needs.

This comprehensive recruiting position will serve as the primary liaison for hiring managers and collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to fulfill the organization's talent requirements.

You will provide strategic consultation to hiring managers regarding all facets of the recruitment process, including recruitment strategies, candidate selection, compensation recommendations, and offer negotiations.

This role encompasses full-cycle recruiting across various organizational levels and locations.
This position will operate on a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office presence for four days each week, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for multiple openings, with a primary focus on sourcing Account Executives for the LoopNet Sales Team.

Develop and maintain candidate pipelines, implement sourcing strategies, accurately assess candidate qualifications, and effectively present and close opportunities.

Exhibit a results-driven mindset, maintain an inquisitive nature, foster a sales and service-oriented approach towards clients and candidates, and build strong relationships.

Adapt seamlessly to a dynamic environment and demonstrate a passion for the organization and your profession.
Understand market trends, align with business strategies and priorities, and cultivate talent networks.

Essential Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited, non-profit university or college.
A proven history of commitment to previous employers.
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in either a corporate or agency setting.
Experience in recruiting Sales Professionals or Account Executives is essential.
Ability to work in a hybrid model from designated offices.
Demonstrated capability in managing requisitions across various disciplines.
Proven track record of proactively collaborating with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (we utilize Eightfold) and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, and other social recruiting tools.
Experience in leveraging job boards, conducting targeted company outreach, and employing diverse sourcing strategies to identify candidates.
Strong understanding of standard human resources practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations affecting recruitment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in corporate and senior-level management recruitment.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
Familiarity with Workday.
Possession of PHR or other relevant certifications.
