Business Development Representative

At the National High School Printing Association, we're seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Outreach Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a key member of our Account Management team, you'll play a vital role in connecting businesses with local advertising opportunities that support education and community development.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Compensation: Earn a base salary with opportunities for performance-based bonuses, ranging from $55,500 to $80,000 per year.
- Comprehensive Training & Development: Receive one-on-one coaching, access to proven sales scripts, and benefit from daily success coaching and targeted morning meetings.
- Flexible Working Hours: Enjoy a 35-hour workweek from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with the option to work from home or in our offices.

As a Business Outreach Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Generating outbound contacts with likely customers and pursuing warm leads.
- Engaging prospects and monitoring development.
- Evaluating and catering to customer needs, implementing sales methods, and concluding transactions.
- Utilizing customer management systems to maintain contact lists and record customer interactions.
- Sustaining expertise in all available sales methods and products to ensure high-level service and performance.
- Selling sponsorship opportunities to businesses for local high schools.
Qualifications:
- Motivated and eager to learn, with or without prior sales experience.
- Excellent rapport-building skills and/or adept at building relationships.
- Previous experience in CRM systems.
- Proven track record of providing excellent performance results.
- Adeptness at navigating objections and closing sales.
- Exceptional communication skills (oral, written, interpersonal).
- Authorized to work in the US.
