Overview:
As a Regional Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing loan origination processes and fostering robust partnerships with auto dealerships throughout Virginia. This role is dynamic and requires you to be active in the field, engaging with clients and making a significant impact on our business.

Compensation & Advancement:
Starting base salary of $55K+, complemented by a quarterly performance bonus.
The first quarter bonus is guaranteed during your training period.
Historically, the average quarterly bonus in this territory has been 105%.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential auto dealerships in your region.
- Act as the primary liaison for dealership accounts, ensuring availability via phone, text, or email during business hours.
- Educate dealerships about our offerings.
- Identify and pursue new dealership opportunities, including cold-calling.
- Travel weekly to dealerships within your designated area.
Qualifications:
- Valid U.S. Driver's License.
- Reliable means of transportation.
- Proven career stability.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- High degree of independence; detail-oriented and task-focused.
- Excellent consultative selling abilities.
- Skills in prospecting, planning, presenting, and closing.
- Initiative, urgency, and a passion for success.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships, including cold calling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenging relationship dynamics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in computer applications (knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
