Key Responsibilities:


DISH Wireless is on the lookout for a seasoned Bilingual Sales Account Manager to supervise performance within a specific region that includes Boost Mobile retail locations.

In this crucial position, you will work closely with retail store proprietors to optimize their business functions, ensuring adherence to standards across all store formats in your designated area.

Your role will encompass project oversight, team guidance, and delivering sales training and mentorship to frontline sales personnel.

You will be tasked with building strong relationships throughout the region with various stakeholders, including external partners, internal teams, and vendor associates.

Your ability to nurture these connections will be vital in driving exceptional performance in the area.

As the main point of contact for inquiries and issues at retail locations, you will serve as a reliable resource and advocate for retail partners.

Your professionalism and expertise will be essential in ensuring seamless operations and addressing any challenges.

Core Duties:
Conduct visits to retail locations to provide coaching and training through role-playing and collaborative selling with sales representatives.

Oversee and promote marketing initiatives at retail outlets.

Make regular calls to stores to enhance performance.

Act as the first point of contact for resolving customer escalations.

Ensure compliance with Boost brand standards across all stores in the region.

Utilize local insights and real estate connections to identify new retail distribution points.

Engage with store owners to drive their sales performance.

Implement strategies to surpass sales targets across the region.

Maintain expert-level knowledge of all Boost products and services.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience or eight years of relevant experience post-high school.

4+ years of experience in sales and/or account management.

3+ years of experience in training, relationship building, planning, or business management.

1+ years of experience selling wireless products or services.

Skills and Competencies:
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.

Must possess a valid driver's license, with a minimum of three years of active driving experience, completed driver's safety training, and compliance with DISH's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.

Experience in contract or vendor relationships.

Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic sales environment.

Quickly develop and implement solutions for escalations that arise during retail hours.

Exhibit excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

Provide sales and marketing guidance to owners and sales representatives.

Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Compensation:
In addition to the base salary, there is a commission structure with a potential of $20,000 for achieving performance targets.

The base salary is determined based on the cost of living in the designated area and years of industry experience.

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.

Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment screening, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
