Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through various strategies, including cold outreach, networking, and referrals.

  • Showcase and communicate the advantages and value of our energy products and services to prospective clients.
  • Craft and present compelling sales pitches and proposals to potential customers.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements to achieve or surpass sales objectives.
  • Maintain precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management utilizing CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and market dynamics.
  • Engage in trade shows, conferences, and industry gatherings to network and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in outside sales, ideally within the energy sector.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation capabilities.
  • Self-driven and focused on results.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM software for sales tracking and management.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and keep abreast of industry advancements and technologies.
  • Valid driver's license and capacity to travel within the designated territory.
  • Residence in or around the specified area.
