Current Need:

We are seeking a results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for selling and promoting our Etac Patient Handling Brands (Molift, Immedia, Etac Bathroom) to drive business growth in the Home Health and Government markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical equipment sales and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its trends.

We are looking for individuals who are energetic, ambitious, and passionate about helping others.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•          Managing an assigned geographic territory to achieve Etac's financial objectives and business goals

•          Collaborate with channel managers to establish effective business growth processes, including using CRM software to track sales funnel and customer engagements.

•          Represent Etac at industry tradeshows, deliver presentations at national and regional sales meetings, and engage with customers to identify strategic opportunities.

•          Stay updated with new products, promotions, and other relevant information of interest to customers.

•          Demonstrate strong customer leadership skills, mentoring colleagues with less experience and proactively taking initiative when required.

•          Tailor growth strategies and tactics to support priorities, creating, documenting, and updating annual strategic and tactical plans that balance local market realities with broader Etac initiatives to achieve financial targets.

•          Grow the existing portfolio, including key customers, through targeted sales efforts focused on product penetration and partnerships with group purchasing organizations (GPOs).

•          Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and various support teams, including category managers, legal, marketing, finance, accounts receivable, customer service, and IT.


Critical Skills:

•          Prior sales experience of Patient Handling Products in the Home Care, Post Acute, and Government channels would be an asset.

•          Demonstrated sales account management skills within a regional/multistate territory.

•          Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.

•          Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations.

•          Executive-level sales experience.

•          Financial acumen, including the ability to analyze quarterly trends, year-to-year growth, margin erosion, etc.

•          Proficiency in business planning and financial tracking.

•          Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level correspondence.

 

Education:

•          Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

 

Travel:

•          This position requires approximately 50% overnight travel.
