As we expand, we are seeking an Account Director dedicated to pursuing new enterprise clients specifically for our Supply Chain Solutions. This role will concentrate on prospects and accounts located on the West Coast.

Your Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, developing pipelines, and selling Coupa's cloud-based Supply Chain Solutions.
- Engaging with key stakeholders (including C-suite executives, Procurement, IT, and Supply Chain Managers) to articulate Coupa's strategic value proposition and guide deals to closure.
- Accurately forecasting sales.
- Collaborating with clients, partners, and internal teams to create joint vision roadmaps that outline the value Coupa will deliver.
- Documenting daily activities in Salesforce to monitor performance.

What You Bring:
- A proven history of surpassing sales targets in a Supply Chain Software context.
- Expertise in managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing substantial six-figure agreements.
- A proactive approach to acquiring new business.
- Strong organizational skills and experience in enterprise account planning.
- Ability to identify strategic client challenges and develop compelling value propositions that emphasize delivering business value.
- Demonstrated success in engaging with all organizational levels.
- A strong emphasis on relationship-building and collaboration within a team-oriented sales environment.

Compensation:
The estimated pay range for this position is as follows:
For California-based candidates:
Base salary range of $155,000 - $165,000, plus eligibility for commission with an anticipated pay mix of 50/50. The starting salary will be determined based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
