  • Lead cross-functional regional and global business resources to plan, build, and execute plans.
  • Contribute to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations.
  • Participate in the planning, creation, and execution of Business Operational strategies on behalf of the Global Logistics organization and embedded teams.
  • Assume a primary services role for one of our key organizational teams in a shared services Business Operations model.
  • Define and execute upon requirements within the space of communications, engagement, recognition, strategic planning, and workforce management.
  • Assist in meeting internal deadlines, commitments, and requirements.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute on staff meetings, quarterly business reviews, and all team-member meetings.
  • Measure, track, report, and improve performance-related metrics.

Requirements:

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
  • Typically 6-10 years of experience in a supply chain function.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, employee communications, employee development, or sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Mastery in English and local language.
  • Excellent internal and external relationship management skills.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of how to analyze business problems using Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong usage of creative tool software.
  • Very Strong project management skills, with capability to manage cross-functional teams in multiple geographies.
  • Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to link strategic plans and activities to expected business outcomes.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of internal and external communications methodologies, tools, and vehicles.
  • Sense of urgency, working to tight deadlines and in a changing environment.
  • Natural problem solver, with creativity in approaching projects.
  • Ability to align initiatives with HPE brand identity and guidelines.
