Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Prime Enterprise Account Executive, you'll engage with existing customers and new leads to sell our enterprise software solutions.

You'll build strong, trusted relationships with key team members and C-suite decision makers, helping them realize value from their Salesforce investments.

This role will cover one Pinnacle account in the High Tech industry vertical, requiring you to develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.

You'll drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts, develop and drive the overall long-term strategy, and coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth within assigned accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet customer business objectives
  • Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer needs
Requirements

We're looking for a seasoned sales professional with:

  • 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 5 years in Enterprise Sales
  • Deep experience selling to the Technology customer vertical
  • Experience managing one large key account
  • Ability to strategize and lead a large extended and matrixed team
  • Presentation and executive engagement skills
