Position Overview:
As we expand, we are seeking an Account Director focused on acquiring new enterprise clients specifically for our Supply Chain Solutions. This role will primarily target prospects and accounts on the West Coast.

You will be part of a successful and dynamic enterprise sales team dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients, including C-suite executives, Procurement, IT, and Supply Chain Managers, to articulate Coupa's strategic advantages and guide deals to closure.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline for Coupa's cloud-based Supply Chain Solutions.
- Accurately forecast sales and collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to create joint vision roadmaps that highlight the value Coupa provides.
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities in Salesforce to monitor performance.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of surpassing sales targets in a Supply Chain Software context.
- Expertise in navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes and securing significant six-figure contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively pursue new business opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills with specific experience in enterprise account planning.
- Capacity to identify strategic client challenges and develop compelling value propositions that deliver tangible business benefits.
- Success in engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Commitment to building relationships and collaborating within a team-oriented sales environment.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is as follows:
- Base salary range of $155,000 - $165,000, plus eligibility for commission with an anticipated pay mix of 50/50. The starting salary will be determined based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
