Role Summary: The Strategic Sales Account Executive is tasked with nurturing relationships with high-value prospects and securing new business opportunities for our digital marketing solutions. This role requires a deep passion for digital marketing and shopper analytics, along with the ability to articulate its value to major brands.   • Collaborate effectively with the Sales and Client Services teams.
  • Communicate the value of SaaS and services solutions succinctly across various organizational levels, from C-suite to VP and Director levels.
  • Analyze won and lost deals to enhance understanding of closing ratios and improve future forecasting.
  • Enthusiastically represent the company’s vision to brands, establishing trust and becoming a valued advisor.
  • Identify and integrate services to create comprehensive solutions, delivering compelling narratives to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS or Services AdTech/MarTech sales within a solution-selling context.
  • Proven track record of selling to retailers, grocery, and e-commerce brands.
  • Experience with social advertising solutions, including Facebook/Meta, Pinterest, Snap, and TikTok.
  • Demonstrated ability to close enterprise-level deals, addressing buyer concerns and overcoming objections.
  • Expertise in developing leads/accounts from initial contact to closing.
  • Proficient in navigating complex organizations to promote Kargo’s value proposition to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Resilient and proactive, with a strong sense of self-esteem and an ability to handle rejection.
  • Strong skills in prospecting new clients and building direct client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
