This role is pivotal in enhancing the Stratus brand within the designated region, driving patient referrals, and meeting established sales objectives. Core Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily in-person and virtual interactions with healthcare providers to educate them on Stratus's services, aiming to boost referrals and revenue.
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients, including physicians and hospital administrators, to identify opportunities for patient care.
- Perform market analysis to uncover new prospects and remain informed about industry developments.
- Utilize a consultative approach to comprehend client needs and challenges, proposing customized solutions.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products and relevant medical conditions to effectively engage with clients.
- Understand the objectives and clinical advantages of Stratus EEG services.
- Gather client feedback and communicate insights to relevant Stratus teams for operational improvements and product innovation.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities through the designated CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Master medical terminology, sales techniques, and business strategies to conduct meetings with healthcare professionals.
- Stay updated with Stratus communications through various technological means, including emails and conference calls.
- Adhere to compliance standards and seek guidance when necessary.
- Address any specific issues related to patient records or scheduling with the appropriate healthcare providers.
- Serve as the primary contact for physicians regarding administrative, contractual, or patient-related matters.
- Manage the allocated budget responsibly and comply with company policies regarding expenses and reporting.
- Foster a collaborative environment with clinical operations staff.
- Enhance brand visibility and reputation of Stratus.
- Comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Experience in the Neurology/Epilepsy sector is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within a healthcare setting is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Possess a strong network of relationships with healthcare professionals, particularly in neurology.
- Ability to effectively communicate with and educate high-level executives and healthcare professionals.
- Proven success in managing client relationships and building professional networks.
- Familiarity with the insurance landscape, including CPT codes and billing practices.
- Comfortable working across various levels within complex healthcare environments, with experience in technical, clinical, and financial sales.
- Willingness to travel for training and meetings as required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and a safe driving record.
