As the initial point of contact for clients, you play a crucial role in shaping their experience, assisting them via phone and face-to-face interactions when they require financial assistance. No previous finance knowledge is necessary – simply bring your customer-focused mindset, and we will guide you through the rest.

In this position, you can anticipate:

  • Delivering exceptional client support both over the phone and in person.
  • Promoting new and ongoing client engagements.
  • Facilitating the preparation and processing of loans and tax documentation.
