As a Client Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include managing data entry for the establishment and upkeep of client accounts and records. You will perform a variety of administrative support tasks, such as word processing, preparing mailings, filing, and answering phone inquiries, all while providing comprehensive customer service support to our clients and financial advisors.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Conducting data entry, participating in team meetings, receiving assignments from financial advisors, engaging with clients both in person and via phone, coordinating tasks to fulfill client requirements, and collaborating with team members on projects aimed at enhancing client relationships.
  • Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; training will be provided on industry-specific software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical tasks related to the initiation and ongoing management of client accounts based on selected account features.
  • Assist clients in obtaining necessary documentation.
  • Provide account-related information to support clients effectively.
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive client account records.
  • Execute operational or administrative functions for client-related requests (e.g., check requests, fund transfers, address changes, dividend information).
  • Generate reports and other information as needed.
  • Conduct outbound calling activities as assigned.
  • Perform various administrative duties (e.g., typing, filing, answering phones, mailing documents) and undertake additional tasks and projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, including word processing, spreadsheet applications, file management, and office terminology.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Critical thinking skills to evaluate alternative solutions and approaches to problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding client service and effective communication.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
