Marketing & Events Coordinator

**Job Summary**
At Jackson County Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing Department, you will play a vital role in enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement across various markets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Evaluate and identify opportunities for Bank participation in community-based programs and events.
- Coordinate activities, donations, and attendance with senior, market, and function leaders.
- Provide internal communication regarding Marketing activities, events, and initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Maintain a marketing calendar of events, planning records, documents, and expenses associated with each event.
- Coordinate and maintain inventory of JCBank logo and promotional items.
- Ensure internal and external messages/signage are professional, accurate, compliant, and consistent with Bank objectives, culture, and image.
- Maintain an archive of all necessary materials, posts, and updates for audit purposes.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required; Marketing degree preferred.
- Event planning and coordination experience required; Marketing experience preferred.
- Sales and publishing experience preferred.
