Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Communications Associate to contribute to our initiatives. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Strategic Communications, this role encompasses the creation of engaging content, supporting client interactions, and contributing to significant projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging content across various platforms, including social media, thought leadership articles, and newsletters.
- Review and refine communication materials to ensure precision and clarity.
- Assist with administrative duties and scheduling for the Senior Director.
- Oversee project timelines using specialized management tools.
- Prepare agendas and materials for meetings.
- Document detailed notes during discussions and meetings.
- Design presentation slides for both internal and client-facing meetings.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in communications.
- Exceptional writing and editing capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Google Suite and project management applications.
- Familiarity with design software is advantageous.
