Job Description

Dynamic Integrated Services (DIS) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business based in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. We provide management consulting services to federal agencies and organizations supporting the public sector.

Our team is comprised of kind people who value diversity and are dedicated to serving our clients with the highest forms of integrity.

We are seeking a Senior Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, committee management, video production, social media, and strategic communications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting nationwide internal and external communications campaigns and outreach activities. They will also develop materials such as communication plans, fact sheets, and website content to support campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategize and create original ideas for reaching and engaging target audiences and communicating key messages.
  • Develop materials such as communication plans, fact sheets, and website content to support campaigns.
  • Conduct research and provide data analysis using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Generate creative and original ideas for reaching and engaging target audiences and communicating key messages.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field, and 0-3 years of professional experience. Strong writing and copy-editing skills, creative and analytical thinking skills, and strong oral communication and presentation skills are also essential.

Preference will be given to qualified Veteran candidates.
