Job Title: Risk Manager, Premium Products

Capital One is seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our Premium Products team. As a Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating potential risks to the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop and implement risk management strategies
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management
  • Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive risk management initiatives
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial services compliance or risk management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Project management experience and certifications a plus
