Position: Operational Risk Management Specialist

Trusted Advisors is seeking an Operational Risk Management Specialist to enhance our risk management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive risk mapping strategies.
  • Oversee risk assessment initiatives and assist in developing actionable plans.
  • Facilitate workshops with various business units to promote risk awareness.
  • Assist in the establishment of level 1 control measures.
  • Provide guidance to business teams on program implementation.
  • Contribute to the creation of program documentation and deliverables.
  • Engage in change management strategies and their execution.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in banking, specifically in Operational Risk or Audit/Inspection and regulatory project management.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent proposal development and writing skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of operational risk management principles, risk mapping, and banking regulations.
  • Proficient in standard office software tools.

Contract Type: Freelance
