Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Regional Territory Manager Americas to lead our team in the North America region. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing the sales and customer support team across Americas.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the sales and customer support team across Americas
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Monitor and report on all sales activity and results
- Prepare annual sales budget and quarterly YEFC (year-end forecast) by customer, product, and territory
- Explore and develop new business opportunities and market segments within the territory
- Select appropriate sales staff to ensure smooth growth and support company objectives
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; MBA a plus
- 10 years of experience with significant experience in sales at a senior level
- Strong business/finance background and experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent personal relationships
