Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Regional Territory Manager Americas to lead our team in the North America region. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing the sales and customer support team across Americas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales and customer support team across Americas
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members
  • Monitor and report on all sales activity and results
  • Prepare annual sales budget and quarterly YEFC (year-end forecast) by customer, product, and territory
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities and market segments within the territory
  • Select appropriate sales staff to ensure smooth growth and support company objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; MBA a plus
  • 10 years of experience with significant experience in sales at a senior level
  • Strong business/finance background and experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent personal relationships
