About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our nationwide sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing an assigned territory, working closely with healthcare professionals to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic business plans with specific, measurable, action-oriented objectives in accordance with territory and account level goals.
  • Facilitate the execution of business plans that impact multiple accounts and gain buy-in on responsibilities.
  • Deliver and adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals and objectives utilizing KPIs, scaling of successes, business problem solving, etc.
  • Develop and foster external relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or life sciences preferred.
  • 2-3+ years demonstrated sales experience in specialty with a successful track record of exceeding expectations.
  • Exhibit high degrees of interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
  • Can work independently with strong attention to detail.
  • HIV experience preferred, not required.
  • Driven/Motivated for growth in role/position.

Desired Requirements

  • Product launch experience.
  • 2 years pharmaceutical sales experience in one or more of the following: HIV, diabetes, cardiovascular, and/or specialty (i.e. immunology, oncology).
  • Strong analytical and computer skills.
  • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
